Payment processors

For handling a (part of) the payments in our web store, we use the platform of Worldpay. Reviews

We collect reviews via the Kiyoh platform. If you leave a review via Kiyoh, you are required to provide your name and email address. Kiyoh shares this information with us so that we can link the review to your order. Kiyoh also publishes your name and residence on its website. In some cases, Kiyoh may contact you to provide an explanation of your review. If we invite you to leave a review, we will share your name and email address with Kiyoh. They only use this data to invite you to leave a review.

Shipping and Logistics

If you place an order with us, it is our task to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of DHL to carry out the deliveries. It is necessary for us to share your name, address, and residence details with DHL. DHL only uses this information for the purpose of executing the agreement. In the event that DHL engages subcontractors, DHL also provides your data to these parties.

Invoicing and Accounting

To keep our administration and accounting records, we use the services of Blumat.nl. We share your name, address, residence details, and order information. This data is used to administer sales invoices. Your personal data is securely stored. Blumat.nl is obliged to maintain confidentiality and will treat your data confidentially. Blumat.nl does not use your personal data for any other purposes than those described above.

Retention periods

We retain your data as long as you are a customer of ours. This means that we will keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services.
