Same day shipping
If your item is in stock and you order before 5 p.m., we will give your order to the carrier the same day*. Your order will then arrive at the sorting centre, and you will receive a track & trace code from DHL by mail. This way you can always check where your order is.
*We strive to deliver within 24 hours in collaboration with the carrier, of course subject to unforeseen circumstances or stock differences.
Shipping costs
We choose to keep our prices low and to communicate openly and transparently about our shipping costs. Sometimes this means a competitor offers cheaper shipping, which is often at the expense of their product prices. We therefore like to provide insight into how our shipping costs are calculated.
The shipping costs include the handling and packaging costs incurred by us and the carrier rate. The carrier rate is calculated based on the delivery address (country and zip code) and the weight of the order. To determine the weight, the system considers the actual weight and the volumetric weight. The higher of the two counts as the weight for your shipment. The volumetric weight is calculated based on the dimensions of your shipment and a weight of 250 kg per m³ (length x width x height in meters = volume in m³ x 250kg or L x W x H in cm divided by 4000).
